We are looking for a ServiceNow Engineer who is passionate about designing scalable solutions and building high-impact workflows that drive business efficiency. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in optimizing our client's IT operations by leveraging the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. Your work will directly support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, enabling seamless automation, improved service delivery, and real-time performance tracking.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience with the following:

• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow engineering or platform development

• Proven ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions

• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow workflows using tools such as Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow Studio

• Strong understanding of CMDB management, including discovery, integration, and data integrity aligned with ITIL best practices

• Ability to build and customize ServiceNow modules and applications using scripting and platform-native tools

• Knowledge of data governance, access control, and compliance standards within enterprise platforms

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and creating actionable, real-time dashboards and reporting

• Experience monitoring platform performance, troubleshooting issues, and proactively ensuring high availability

• Strong documentation skills for workflows, configurations, and technical designs

• A passion for staying up to date with ServiceNow’s evolving ecosystem and a mindset of continuous improvement

  
  

Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational objectives.

• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow workflows and automations using modern tools such as Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and other platform-native capabilities.

• Manage and optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring accurate discovery, data integrity, and alignment with ITIL best practices. Oversee the integration of CMDB with enterprise systems and third-party applications.

• Develop robust ServiceNow modules and custom applications to support business processes, leveraging ServiceNow Studio and scripting as needed for advanced customization.

• Implement and enforce data governance, security, and compliance policies within the ServiceNow environment, including access controls, data retention, and audit requirements.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and proactively maintain ServiceNow platform performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime for enterprise users.

• Provide actionable insights and custom reporting using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and dashboards, empowering stakeholders with real-time data.

• Stay current with ServiceNow’s evolving ecosystem, continuously researching and adopting new features, best practices, and platform enhancements to maximize business value.

• Document technical designs, workflows, configurations, and operational processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.

• Partner with end-users and cross-functional teams to ensure effective adoption and optimal utilization of ServiceNow solutions across the organization.
