We are looking for a confident, action-oriented, and people-focused Business Sales & Support Officer to join our team and support our client in driving positive customer experiences and solution-based sales. This is a hybrid role, combining customer service and inside sales, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds rapport easily, and enjoys being the first point of contact in a mission-driven organization.
Your Client:
Work with a Queensland-based, multi-award-winning training provider making a difference in the Disability and Aged Care sectors across Australia. With a mission to empower communities through accessible and high-quality education, this organization is rapidly expanding its reach across the country and into global markets.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
At least 5 years of experience in customer service and/or sales
A proven track record of achieving targets and providing exceptional support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A warm, empathetic, and professional approach to customer interactions
Strong time management, prioritization, and self-management skills
Confidence using CRMs, online platforms, and video conferencing tools
Attention to detail and the ability to follow through on renewals, quotes, and follow-ups
Comfortable handling both sales conversations and technical guidance
High emotional intelligence and the ability to read customer needs effectively
A passion for education and creating meaningful client experiences
Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:
Customer Support & Sales Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for all B2B sales inquiries via phone and virtual channels
Assist business customers in selecting and purchasing the right training products
Walk clients through the online purchasing process and help resolve basic technical issues
Conduct virtual demos of the learning dashboard and platform when needed
Provide consultative sales support, overcome objections, and close deals
Support small business customers with renewals and invoice follow-ups
Maintain accurate CRM notes and updates to track engagement
Consistently meet monthly sales and support KPIs
Process Improvement & Collaboration
Collaborate with the Head of Customer Experience to improve support processes
Share feedback and ideas to enhance the sales journey
Stay updated on the organization’s course offerings and platform updates
