We’re on the lookout for a motivated and confident Virtual Assistant to join our onsite team in Cebu Business Park, Cebu City. You'll be actively connecting with General Practice clinics and doctors across Australia—building relationships, uncovering hiring needs, and collecting vital information to help the recruitment team place candidates successfully.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy meaningful conversations, and have a passion for making things happen, this is your chance to be part of a high-impact, growing team.

Your Client:

The client is a leading Australian staffing agency specializing in the placement of General Practitioners (GPs) into locum and permanent roles across rural, regional, and urban clinics — including Aboriginal Medical Services. • At least 2+ years of experience in recruitment, outbound sales, or customer service

  • Strong English communication skills — written and especially verbal

  • Previous experience making outbound calls and managing client or candidate relationships

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • High attention to detail, especially in collecting and entering information

  • A proactive and self-managed work ethic

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally over the phone

  • Experience in medical recruitment or working with Australian clients is an advantage

Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:

  • Making outbound calls to General Practice clinics across Australia to identify locum or permanent staffing needs

  • Gather key job details from clinics and enter them accurately into our CRM

  • Call General Practitioners to assess interest in locum or permanent roles and record their availability, preferences, and relevant details

  • Assist with credentialing tasks including document collection, compliance checks, and travel bookings for placements

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team including data entry, inbox management, and follow-ups

  • Maintain accurate records and track ongoing conversations in our CRM system

  • Report on outreach activity and outcomes regularly to the Director
