We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to support an Australian-based client in the compliance and certification industry. In this role, you will take full ownership of digital marketing execution across paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, website management, and social media campaigns. This position is ideal for a hands-on digital marketing professional who is both strategic and execution-focused, with strong experience driving lead generation in B2B environments.

Your Client:

You will be working with an Australian-based ISO certification body providing auditing and certification services to businesses across various industries. The company supports organisations in achieving compliance standards and continues to grow its digital presence to strengthen lead generation and brand visibility. They are looking for a proactive digital marketing professional who can manage multi-channel campaigns and improve overall marketing performance across paid and organic channels.To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

Essential Qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with strong exposure to performance marketing and lead generation.

• Proven experience managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, targeting, optimisation, and performance tracking.

• Strong experience in SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and improving organic search visibility.

• Hands-on experience in email marketing campaigns, with a focus on engagement and conversion.

• Experience managing Facebook and LinkedIn advertising campaigns, particularly for B2B audiences.

• Experience working with WordPress websites, including updating pages, uploading content, and basic optimisation.

• Strong content creation ability, including writing marketing copy and producing simple visual assets for campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make performance-based decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple marketing channels simultaneously.

Desirable

• Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in compliance, certification, audit, or similar professional services industries.

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

• Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.

• Experience working with international clients, particularly Australian markets.

• Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns to improve lead generation and conversion performance.

• Developing and executing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.

• Managing and updating the WordPress website, ensuring content is accurate, optimised, and aligned with marketing campaigns.

• Running and optimising email marketing campaigns focused on engagement and conversion.

• Managing Facebook and LinkedIn advertising campaigns targeting professional and B2B audiences.

• Creating marketing content, including copywriting and basic visual creatives for campaigns.

• Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven optimisation decisions.

• Supporting lead generation initiatives across all digital marketing channels.

• Preparing regular performance updates and campaign reports.
