We are looking for two (2) B2B Appointment Setters to join our growing team in a fully remote role. To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

  • Minimum 3 years of outbound calling experience, ideally in a B2B environment

  • Exceptional verbal communication with a confident phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly

  • Strong written communication skills for professional emails and LinkedIn outreach

  • Proven resilience: comfortable with rejection, persistent, and able to maintain high energy

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

  • Target-driven mindset, motivated by KPIs and results

  • Proficient with CRM systems and calendar tools (Zoho experience is a plus)

  • Proactive, self-motivated, coachable, and solutions-focused

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup

  • Highly regarded: Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, lead generation, or other B2B outbound roles

  • Highly regarded: Background in disability/aged care, NDIS providers, education/training, SaaS, or professional services

  • Highly regarded: Familiarity with consultative selling, sales pipelines, or handling common objections 

Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other channels to engage potential clients

  • Respond promptly to inbound and warm leads with confident, value-focused communication

  • Qualify leads by identifying needs, decision-makers, and business fit

  • Book and confirm high-quality appointments for the Sales Team, ensuring alignment with the right Sales Executives

  • Minimise no-shows with consistent follow-ups and reminders

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Zoho CRM, logging interactions and updating lead statuses

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and share feedback on lead quality and objections

  • Meet daily and weekly activity targets and KPIs, contributing directly to a full, high-quality sales pipeline
