To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
Minimum 3 years of outbound calling experience, ideally in a B2B environment
Exceptional verbal communication with a confident phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
Strong written communication skills for professional emails and LinkedIn outreach
Proven resilience: comfortable with rejection, persistent, and able to maintain high energy
Highly organised and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
Target-driven mindset, motivated by KPIs and results
Proficient with CRM systems and calendar tools (Zoho experience is a plus)
Proactive, self-motivated, coachable, and solutions-focused
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Highly regarded: Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, lead generation, or other B2B outbound roles
Highly regarded: Background in disability/aged care, NDIS providers, education/training, SaaS, or professional services
Highly regarded: Familiarity with consultative selling, sales pipelines, or handling common objections
Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other channels to engage potential clients
Respond promptly to inbound and warm leads with confident, value-focused communication
Qualify leads by identifying needs, decision-makers, and business fit
Book and confirm high-quality appointments for the Sales Team, ensuring alignment with the right Sales Executives
Minimise no-shows with consistent follow-ups and reminders
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Zoho CRM, logging interactions and updating lead statuses
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and share feedback on lead quality and objections
Meet daily and weekly activity targets and KPIs, contributing directly to a full, high-quality sales pipeline
