Our client is seeking a driven Marketing Assistant Coordinator to join their growing team in a fully remote role. To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or coordinator role

  • Demonstrated experience using HubSpot (CRM management, email marketing, automation workflows, and reporting)

  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, including organic content management and analytics

  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, targeting, and budget management)

  • Ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable optimisation recommendations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setup

  • Highly regarded: Experience with outbound sales engagement or sequencing tools (e.g., Overloop)

  • Highly regarded: Proficiency in Canva or similar tools for creating marketing assets

  • Highly regarded: Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO basics, or website performance tracking

  • Highly regarded: Experience managing multi-channel social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

  • Highly regarded: Exposure to Meta Ads or YouTube Ads

  • Highly regarded: Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Trello

Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:

  • Maintain and update HubSpot CRM, including contacts, deals, workflows, and lists

  • Build and optimise email campaigns, automation workflows, and sequences

  • Monitor pipeline performance, track lead activity, and generate regular reports

  • Ensure CRM data accuracy through audits and data clean-up

  • Manage and grow LinkedIn presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to interactions

  • Plan, launch, and optimise LinkedIn Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Content and Lead Generation campaigns

  • Track and report on LinkedIn organic and paid performance metrics

  • Assist in developing and maintaining content calendars across multiple platforms

  • Support social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube as needed

  • Assist with outbound prospecting, lead generation, and sequencing campaigns

  • Coordinate lead lists, enrich contact data, and ensure proper CRM integration

  • Support A/B testing initiatives and report on outreach performance

  • Assist in creating marketing collateral such as social media graphics, email templates, and presentations

  • Provide support in campaign planning, timelines, and asset coordination

  • Liaise with external suppliers and agencies when required

  • Manage marketing inboxes, scheduling, and follow-ups

  • Maintain organised marketing assets and documentation

  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing Manager
