We are looking for an Executive & Research Assistant (Content Lead) who is a strong writer, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing content creation with administrative coordination. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director and Content Strategist to produce high-quality educational content, conduct research, and manage essential client-facing admin.

You will play a key role in writing newsletters and blogs around offshore structuring, tax residency, and global company setups, while also assisting with calendar management, task follow-ups, and client documentation. This is a dynamic, mid-level role ideal for someone who enjoys switching between writing, researching, and organizing.

This is a hybrid set-up ideally with working hours that overlap with 5:00 AM–6:00 PM UK time.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience with the following:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a writing-focused executive assistant, research assistant, or content coordination role.

  • Strong written English skills with the ability to produce professional, client-ready content such as newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and educational articles.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting in-depth research on business, financial, legal, or jurisdictional topics, and translating findings into clear, engaging content.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage calendars, coordinate tasks, and track follow-ups effectively.

  • Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, OneDrive, Office 365, and other content or CRM platforms.

  • Proactive, reliable, and capable of juggling content creation, research, client communication, and admin tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to learn about the offshore structuring industry and develop subject matter expertise over time.

  • Experience with inbox, document, and KYC coordination is a strong advantage.

 

Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:

  • Write high-quality client-facing content such as newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and educational articles, with guidance from the Director and Content Strategist.

  • Conduct thorough research on offshore jurisdictions, international banking, tax residency, and corporate structuring, and translate findings into actionable insights.

  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage task reminders for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Follow up on client action items including document collection, form completion, and partner communications.

  • File, organize, and review client KYC and structuring documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper labeling.

  • Support CRM updates, lead tracking, and email communications using tools such as HubSpot and Microsoft Office (after training).

  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless communication and task execution across departments.

  • Assist in building and maintaining internal SOPs and workflows for content, client coordination, and administrative processes.
