We are looking for a Data Engineer who is passionate about turning raw data into actionable insights. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in building and maintaining data pipelines and transforming how we manage and use data across the business. Your work will directly support better data-driven decision-making by leveraging Microsoft Fabric and its suite of tools to build scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions.
This role is now open for a remote work setup, offering flexibility while still being part of a collaborative and high-impact team.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience with the following:
At least 3 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or data analytics roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience designing and developing data solutions using Microsoft Fabric or its individual components (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI).
Proven track record of working with data pipelines, data modeling, and data integration projects in an enterprise environment.
Proficient in working with SQL and other scripting languages for data transformation.
Experience with ETL/ELT processes, real-time data processing, and data transformation workflows.
Experience in working collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Familiarity with data governance, security best practices, and performance tuning.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:
Design, develop, and implement data solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric capabilities, including data integration, data engineering, and real-time analytics.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions within Microsoft Fabric.
Create and maintain pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and modeling using Microsoft Fabric's Data Factory and other integrated tools.
Optimize data workflows for performance and scalability, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
Develop robust data models tailored to business needs and prepare data for advanced analytics, reporting, and visualization.
Implement and manage data governance policies within Microsoft Fabric to maintain data quality, security, and compliance.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, performing proactive maintenance to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
Provide insights and custom reporting using Fabric's analytic capabilities, such as Power BI integrated within the platform.
Stay up-to-date with Microsoft's evolving Fabric ecosystem, continuously researching new features to enhance solutions.
Document technical processes, frameworks, and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Work with end-users and team members to effectively utilize data solutions powered by Microsoft Fabric.
