Your Client:

This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative Australian businesses across a variety of industries. You may be assigned to support our internal marketing team or collaborate closely with a client, helping build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role

• Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads with a strong focus on lead generation and ROI

• Experience developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and campaign performance reporting

• Experience with email marketing, social media management, and marketing automation

• Strong understanding of SEO, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills

• Strong project management, organizational, and time management abilities

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Experience collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams

• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
   

Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth across multiple channels.

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to maximize ROI and campaign performance.

• Create and manage engaging content for social media, email marketing, newsletters, websites, and other digital channels to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.

• Lead social media strategy and community growth across platforms while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms to nurture leads, execute email campaigns, and improve customer engagement.

• Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing initiatives.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to support strategic marketing decisions and campaign planning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Oversee marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and business objectives are achieved.

• Identify new growth opportunities by leveraging SEO best practices, conversion rate optimization (CRO), emerging digital trends, and AI-powered marketing tools to continuously improve marketing performance.
