Apply

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer and Artwork Coordinator to join an Australian-based company in a fully remote role. You will create impactful digital marketing assets while managing pre-press production and artwork approvals for packaging, factories, and private-label clients.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with technical precision, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects. You will collaborate closely with the client to deliver high-quality designs that align with brand standards and marketing objectives while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Your Client:

You will be working with an Australian-owned manufacturer and supplier of hygiene paper products and business solutions. Established in 2002, the company has grown from distributing major hygiene brands to offering private-label manufacturing, custom product development, and tailored supply solutions. Today, they partner with businesses across Australia to deliver quality products and end-to-end solutions that help clients build and grow their brands. With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and long-term partnerships, they continue to expand their presence in the industry.

They are now seeking a creative Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content, support digital marketing campaigns, and maintain a consistent brand identity across various channels.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role, with the ability to lead design projects and confidently communicate creative recommendations.

  • Strong ability to develop original visual content that aligns with brand guidelines, including colours, logos, and styles, without relying on templates.

  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Experience using Zoho CRM to manage workflows, track activities, or support marketing and client-related processes.

  • Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all design materials.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise competing deadlines, and proactively communicate potential delays or challenges.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, including the ability to lead weekly meetings, provide progress updates, and adjust project plans as needed.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate with clients, suppliers, management, and other stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and make sound creative decisions in a fully remote environment.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management, seek input when needed, and contribute creative ideas to achieve business objectives.

Desirable

  • Experience using AI-powered design tools to create and enhance visual content.

  • Experience designing creatives for email direct marketing (EDM) campaigns.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing assets for online platforms.

  • Experience working with Australian or international clients.

  • Understanding of current design trends and AI-assisted creative workflows.

  • Experience working with physical and digital artwork.

  • Knowledge of Pantone colours.

Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:

  1. Creative & Digital Design

    1. Design high-converting marketing collateral, including EDM campaigns, digital creatives, brochures, catalogues, and website assets.

    2. Build bespoke, on-brand graphics from the ground up without relying on pre-made templates.

    3. Leverage modern design workflows, including AI design tools, to streamline asset generation and ideation.

  2. Artwork Coordination & Pre-Press

    1. Prepare, organise, and inspect print-ready artwork files for packaging, carton prints, and private-label products.

    2. Review physical and digital packaging specifications, ensuring accurate Pantone colour matching, bleed settings, and typography.

    3. Coordinate proofing and artwork sign-offs directly with overseas factories, suppliers, and client stakeholders.

    4. Ensure all packaging and marketing collateral align with Australian industry standards and regulatory packaging requirements.

  3. Project Management & Collaboration

    1. Lead weekly design catch-ups, provide project progress updates, and flag production roadblocks early.

    2. Manage competing priorities and project pipelines.
